GQJ-1型氣動(dòng)切割鋸專門為煤礦企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)和制造的，其功能主要是為了鋸斷各種規(guī)格的圓環(huán)鏈鏈條及鏈環(huán)，還可鋸斷多種管材和型鋼等。動(dòng)力源為壓縮空氣。
GQJ-1 pneumatic saw is an on-site machine which tailor -designed and manufactured for coal mining enterprise .It works as sawing equipment for cutting round link chain or chain link in various diameters .It also can service as tube steel and profile section steel saw .Power supply is compressed air.
氣動(dòng)切割鋸由氣動(dòng)馬達(dá)及鋸身組成，其主要特點(diǎn)是：
*重量輕、攜帶方便
*操作簡單、工作過程安全可靠
*工作效率高，有效地降低了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度
*動(dòng)力源為壓縮空氣，壓力不低于0.6MPA
*切割鋸帶有自冷卻功能，不需要對(duì)鏈條進(jìn)行人工冷卻
The pneumatic saw is cpmprised of pneumatic motor ,saw blade and other equipment .The main feature is :
* Portable ,light weight
* Easy operation,safety,reliability
* High work efficiency ,low work intensify
* Power supply is compressed air ,air pressure should not be less than 0.6Mpa
* Equipped with self cooling system without cooling down the saw blade manually.
操作方法：
*將動(dòng)力源的氣管與氣動(dòng)馬達(dá)接口相連接。
*將所要切割的鏈條置于氣動(dòng)切割鋸的下方，調(diào)整好位置。
*啟動(dòng)切割鋸，開始切割，操作人員緩慢均勻地進(jìn)行切割，直到鏈環(huán)被鋸斷。
Work instruction
*Connect the hose to the pneumatic motor.
*Put the chain under the pneumatic saw and adjust the position.
*Start the pneumatic saw and have it worked gradually until the link was sawn off.
